As the COO, Tammy curates highly performing teams tailored to meet diverse client needs. She oversees all aspects of production, ensuring flawless execution of projects while preserving creative integrity.

Tammy's illustrious career includes pivotal roles such as a production executive for legendary filmmaker John Hughes, where she contributed to iconic films like "Home Alone" and "Uncle Buck." Her achievements also include being honored as a two-time Emmy award winner, highlighting her exceptional contributions to the entertainment industry.

Prior to founding Good Day Collective, Tammy was the Executive Business Director at a global advertising agency, where she not only shaped strategic initiatives but managed talent needs across the US.
